CANCELLATION OF EXTENSION AND REFUND REQUEST

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

When booking your extension request, we collect the funds on your behalf and transfer them to your airline. We do not determine prices or refunds.

As part of your original application, you acknowledged and accepted that, extension payments are non-refundable.

Nevertheless, there are many unique cases and exceptions, and each case needs to be confirmed.

If you’re case warrants a refund, and the airline provides it, we will collect it from them and credit your original payment method.

Please note: A full refund is not guaranteed.

At any rate, any refund will be the amount offerred by the airline minus $90 that covers minimal service, banking, and administrative costs.

To proceed with your refund request, please confirm the following: *

I understand that my extension was a non-refundable transaction, and if I am due a refund, I am accepting a refund minus $90, as outlined above.

I understand that if my trip is later rescheduled and I wish to make further changes, I may need to submit a new extension request and additional fees may apply.

I understand that it may take a few weeks for the refund to process and if I file a dispute with my bank, I am FORFEITING any claim to a refund.
