All your flight information (flight to Israel, and return flight), as well as your ticket number are visible on the Flights screen of your Birthright app.
If you do not yet see a ticket number there, that means that tickets for your group have not yet been issued (that means that even though you are “booked” on the flight, there is no ticket number yet). Tickets for Birthright flights are usually issued a few days before the trip starts. Contacting us will not help to get it before that as there is no number for us to provide until it is actually issued.
